Limited Lifetime Warranty
Alpine Shutters, Inc. warrants that it’s wood shutters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for so long as the original purchaser owns the shutters, provided the shutters were maintained and cleaned regularly.
Damages resulting from misuse; abuse; exposure to the elements, including but not limited to exposure to salty air, discoloration due to sunlight or the passage of time, exposure to humidity; accidents; alteration; or normal wear and tear upon the shutters are not covered by this warranty.
Alpine Shutters are a natural product. Variations in color, grain, and texture may appear randomly in shutters. Minimal warping may occur, particularly in areas of high humidity. Such natural conditions and conditions caused by humidity are are also excluded from this warranty.
The obligation of Alpine Shutters, Inc. in the event of a defect under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the shutters or components, at our option.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Alpine Shutters, Inc. be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct and indirect damage, loss, costs, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
